The youngest child “Big Don” Calabria, little was known about Donatello Jr., called “Kit”, until recent years. Only that he died at the age of 24, in a plane crash while visiting Hong Kong in 1999.
It was not until 2011 that this reporter was able to uncover that Kit Calabria had been in Hong Kong filming a secret Jove Brand film, which he completed mere hours before his death. We have also learned he was in a relationship with lauded actress Missy Cazale. Cazale, who is intensely protective about her private life, is linked to very few notable beaus, and has never married.
